Team.it in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Finance Reconciliation Specialist to join our sustainable and people-focused team. You will use your 3–5 years of experience in securities operations, custody, or financial reconciliation to investigate discrepancies and enhance reconciliation processes.

You will collaborate with colleagues, translate business requirements into practical improvements, and support junior team members.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in securities operations, custody, or financial reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, corporate actions, and securities/cash reconciliation.
• Experience investigating and resolving reconciliation breaks and discrepancies.
• Ability to analyse business requirements, improve reconciliation processes, and support junior colleagues.
• Strong analytical, communication, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and good written and spoken English.
