startupjobs.pt is seeking a Founding Junior Business Development Representative to launch our German market. You’ll own outbound prospecting, build the sales pipeline and qualify opportunities for the AE team, while shaping the GTM motion in Germany.

This remote role (Portugal) expects strong phone and email outreach, fluency in English and German, and a proactive, resilient mindset. You’ll join a small team of growth-minded professionals in a fast-paced startup.

Formación

• Fluency in English and German (C2/native level preferred).
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and CRM hygiene.

Responsabilidades

• Own outbound prospecting for the German market and build the sales pipeline.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure high-quality handoffs.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and contribute to playbooks and GTM processes for Germany.
