Smartness is seeking a Junior Account Manager for the DACH market. You will build relationships with hotel owners and hospitality professionals, translating data into strategic recommendations and helping clients achieve measurable results.

This role blends relationship management with business consulting, data analysis, and hospitality expertise, with a pathway to independently manage your portfolio and become a trusted partner for customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and professional English required.
• 1–3 years in hospitality, hotel ops, travel-tech, or related customer-facing roles.
• Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with KPI/data proficiency.
• Consultative approach to problem solving.
• Interest in hospitality tech, data, and business strategy.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of customers in the DACH market, building long-term relationships with hotel owners and managers.
• Learn each business, their objectives, market position, and distribution setup.
• Monitor KPIs, performance, demand patterns, and market trends to spot opportunities and issues.
• Provide strategic recommendations on pricing, demand, distribution, and positioning.
• Help customers understand data-driven impacts and support decision-making with evidence.
• Drive product adoption and integrate Smartness solutions into customer workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
• Organise priorities and manage portfolio autonomously.
