Job summary

AutoStore in Lisbon is seeking a Marketing Manager (German & English) to lead regional marketing for the DACH region. Based in Lisbon, the role can be performed remotely until the office opens, and will collaborate with Sales, European Marketing and global MarCom teams to build awareness and generate demand.

You will own regional activities, develop multi-channel campaigns, and drive qualified leads through inbound and outbound marketing efforts, while aligning with global strategies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Fluent German and English.
• Experience with integrated campaigns and demand generation.
• Content creation, digital marketing, social media, video, paid search.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing activities (digital campaigns, events, exhibitions, customer activities, sales enablement).
• Create and promote engaging B2B content across the buyer journey (customer stories, videos, thought leadership, social content).
• Develop multi-channel inbound campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, conversion and demand.
• Drive lead generation and nurturing with Sales for qualification and handover.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to translate strategies into local campaigns.
