cbtalents is hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a remote position based in Portugal. You will provide support in Italian and English, troubleshoot technical inquiries, and document cases for quality resolution. Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates.

Candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate; remote work is in a Portugal-based setup. Prior customer service experience is preferred; sales experience is a plus but not required.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Tech-savvy with ability to handle technical inquiries.
• Strong communication, problem solving and customer-service skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure.
• Previous customer service experience preferred; sales experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical customer service and support.
