speakit is looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join their multicultural team in Portugal. In this role, you will assist viewers with queries, provide technical support, and ensure a quality customer experience.

You must be fluent in Italian and English, with a passion for entertainment and excellent communication skills. The position offers a strong compensation package, health insurance, a flexible schedule, and remote work from home options in mainland Portugal.

Qualificações

• High level of Italian and fluent in English (B2).
• Passionate about entertainment and media enterprise.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit, and customer-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding different queries.
• Provide account and application support regarding software functionality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations.

Conhecimentos

High level of Italian (written and oral)
