Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a remote first-line support agent to assist viewers of a well-known international entertainment brand. You will handle phone, chat and email, provide account and app support, and troubleshoot home networks from your home office.

We require fluent Italian and English, a genuine passion for helping customers, and the ability to work 7:0-21:00 across Monday-Sunday with rotating days off. You must live within 50 km of Lisbon; relocation is not provided.
