Job summary

Velenosi&meredith is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal to join our international team. You will assist Italian-speaking clients via phone and email, perform initial troubleshooting and technical diagnostics, and handle order follow-ups across three support systems.

The role offers on-site work at our Lisbon office with a 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM schedule, rotating day off and Sundays off, plus a daily food allowance and performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving and tech-adaptability.
• Customer-focused attitude; cross-selling experience is a plus.
