Velenosi&Meredith in Lisbon is seeking an Italian-speaking customer support representative to join an international team. You will handle calls and emails from Italian-speaking clients, perform initial troubleshooting, and assist with order follow-ups.

This on-site role offers a daily food allowance and a performance bonus, with shifts from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with a rotational day off and Sundays off.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken).
• Strong problem-solving and tech adaptability.
• Customer-focused attitude; cross-selling experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial troubleshooting and technical diagnostics.
