Velenosi&Meredith is seeking an Italian- and English-speaking customer support specialist in Lisbon to assist clients via phone and email.

You will perform initial troubleshooting and diagnostics, handle order follow-ups, and address customer queries using multiple support systems. This on-site role offers daily food allowance and a path to growth within an international team.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken).
• Strong problem-solving and tech adaptability.
• Customer-focused with cross-selling experience a plus.
