Cross Border Talents is hiring an Italian & English Customer Service Specialist to join our client’s Lisbon team on site. You will handle inquiries from Italian-speaking customers, delivering professional support and documenting interactions accurately.

The role requires strong Italian and English skills and a willingness to work rotating daytime shifts. The position offers a competitive base salary plus a monthly performance bonus, onboarding/training, and a multicultural work environment in

Qualificações

• Native or high fluency in Italian with strong English communication (B2+).
• On-site work in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Shifts Monday to Friday, 07:30–20:00, with weekends off.

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global customer experience company for an Italian & English Customer Service Specialist based on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, managing requests, and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely support to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage and document customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native or high fluency in Italian, alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).
• Work Model: Readiness to work On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Working Hours: Availability to work rotational shifts Monday to Friday (between 07:30 AM and 08:00 PM).
• Schedule: Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday).
• Soft Skills: Excellent active listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
