WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Portugal. You will provide professional, empathetic support to customers across markets, handling inquiries and resolving issues to maintain a high-quality experience.

The role requires fluent Italian, C1 English, and strong customer service skills. You will work in a 24/7 rotational environment and may receive accommodation support as part of relocation assistance.

Whether you are already living in Portugal or considering relocating from abroad, this role offers the opportunity to join an international team, develop your professional skills, and experience life in Portugal.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation support (details are below)

The Role
