WW Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join an international team, handling inquiries across markets and delivering empathetic, accurate support to customers.

Fluent Italian and C1 English are required, with 24/7 rotational shifts. The role offers €1,000 gross per month in 14 payments, plus a daily food allowance, relocation support, and a welcome bonus paid across the first year.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation support (details are below)

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
