WW Talents in Porto is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join an international team. You will handle inquiries across markets, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires fluent Italian and English (C1) and a passion for delivering outstanding service on a 24/7 rotational schedule. Onsite work with relocation support and a monthly food allowance accompanies a welcoming bonus across the first year.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation support (details are below)
