WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic help across multiple markets from Porto, Portugal onsite. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to ensure a superior customer experience.

The role requires Italian fluency and C1 English, with a 24/7 rotational schedule and accommodation support as part of relocation help. In this position you will handle inquiries, troubleshoot, and retain essential product knowledge

Whether you are already living in Portugal or considering relocating from abroad, this role offers the opportunity to join an international team, develop your professional skills, and experience life in Portugal.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation support (details are below)

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Your Responsibilities
