Ignite in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking Italian-speaking customer support specialists to handle inbound calls, chats, and emails. You will act as an ambassador for global brands, delivering first-class service from our Lisbon office and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

The role requires fluent Italian and business English, a 24/7 rotating schedule, and full on-site attendance. A relocation option with a company apartment is available for suitable candidates.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound inquiries from Italian clients via phone, email, and live chat
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide practical resolutions
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM with ticket updates and resolutions
• Meet CSAT, First Contact Resolution, and average handling time targets
• Participate in ongoing training on products, guidelines, and procedures

Position Overview

We are actively seeking customer-focused, bilingual Italian speakers to become part of our diverse, international team located in Lisbon. As an ambassador for top-tier worldwide brands, you will support Italian-speaking customers by managing inbound communications through telephone, live chat, and email platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Manage incoming customer service inquiries from Italian clients via telephone, electronic mail, and live chat, maintaining high standards of professional courtesy, empathy, and attentiveness.
• Issue Resolution: Analyze customer challenges, identify root causes, and provide customized, practical resolution plans with absolute patience and efficiency.
• System Logging: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, ticket updates, and resolutions within the corporate CRM software with total accuracy.
• Performance Goals: Consistently meet operational targets, including customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT), First Contact Resolution percentages, and average handling durations.
• Ongoing Learning: Participate in continuous training programs to stay current regarding new product launches, corporate guidelines, and day-to-day service procedures.

Qualifications

• Italian Language: Native or advanced command (C1/C2 level) in spoken and written Italian to ensure flawless client support.
• English Competency: At least B2 level proficiency to support internal correspondence, platform training, and group collaboration.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a flexible, 24/7 rotating shift framework covering 5 days per week (8 hours per day).
• On-Site Requirement: Regular, full-time daily attendance at our modern office in Lisbon.
• Work Authorization: EU/EEA nationality, a valid European passport, or legal documentation allowing unrestricted employment within Portugal.
• Key Attributes: Strong communication abilities, keen active listening skills, emotional intelligence, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a dedicated, proactive attitude.

Compensation Models

Option 1: Local Resident Package

• Base Pay: €1,262.33 gross per month (12-month schedule)
• Ideal For: Candidates currently living in or around Lisbon or those who prefer to arrange their own living accommodations independently.

Option 2: Relocation Support Package

• Base Pay: €1,059.00 gross per month (12-month schedule)
• Accommodation: A private bedroom in a shared, company-provided apartment with all utility expenses completely covered.
• Travel Benefits: Complete reimbursement of flight expenses post-probation, plus organized airport pickup upon landing in Lisbon.
