Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our Lisbon on-site team. This entry-level role includes full relocation support and the chance to assist Italian-speaking customers across multiple channels with professionalism.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• Professional English (C1+)
• EU citizenship with right to work in EU
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn internal systems
• Nice to have: experience in customer support/call center
• Nice to have: CRM/software or ticketing experience
