• Background in banking or financial customer service.
• Experience handling payments, disputes and vulnerable customers.

Responsibilities

• Resolve queries via chat, calls, or email with first-contact resolution.
• Manage complex cases from start to finish, building trust and value.
• Support fraud investigations, dispute resolution, and complaints handling.
• Identify and assist vulnerable customers, escalating as needed.
• Provide feedback to peers to improve processes and training.
• Adapt to changing needs and work across multiple systems.
