Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

• Support fraud investigations, disputes, and complaints.
• Identify and support vulnerable customers.
• Follow established processes and risk procedures.
• Build trust and maintain customer relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge.
• Coach team members when required.

• Learn and use new systems and tools effectively.
