We are currently hiring experienced Customer Support Specialists for a leading digital banking project (UK market). This role requires a background in banking or financial customer service, particularly handling payments, disputes, and vulnerable customers.

Responsibilities

• - Resolve customer queries through chat, calls, or email, aiming for first-contact resolution.


• - Manage complex cases from start to finish, building trust and providing excellent service.


• - Support fraud investigations, dispute resolution, and complaints handling.


• - Identify and assist vulnerable customers, escalating where appropriate.


• - Provide feedback and coaching to peers to improve processes and training.


• - Adapt to changing business needs and work across multiple systems.

Requirements

• - Fluency in Italian language (must be at least C2)


• - Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)


• - You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate


• - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
