You will support clients via email, chat, and phone, set up and optimize campaigns, and ensure compliance with platform policies. The role requires native Italian, English proficiency, and a background in marketing; on-site work with relocation options and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Native or C2 Italian with professional English fluency.
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, or related field.
• Mandatory experience in Paid Campaign Management and Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to Italian-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone regarding paid ad campaigns and platform usage.
• Assist clients in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on digital tech platforms.
• Troubleshoot ad delivery, account settings, payment inquiries, and platform policy guidelines.
• Collaborate with business accounts to ensure high-value satisfaction, campaign delivery, and brand safety.
• Utilize advertising tools and internal CRM systems to track, log, and resolve campaign-related issues efficiently.
