Key Responsibilities
- Inbound calls
- Cross-sell or upsell cruises packages and associated products
- Customer support for post-booking and booking management
- Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
- Support customers with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentation, prices etc.
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 08:00 - 19:00 (8h rotational shifts)
- Days off: 2 days (rotative)
Customer Interaction & Sales Support (Alternative Path)
- Handle incoming user requests via telephone, email, and chat. Log call details into case management systems and provide responses and resolutions within SLA to customers.
- Customer Satisfaction: Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores by actively updating customers on status and resolution progress.
- Customer Service: Deliver high-caliber customer service for post-sales requests including delivery, warranties, and refunds.
- Sales Support: Provide inbound sales support and promote products to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Goals: Achieve sales goals set on a quarterly basis while providing an excellent customer experience.
- Order Management: Log and follow up on orders or requests, capturing all required data elements in CRM as mandated by clients, policies, and products.
- 08:00 to 19:00 (Rotational shifts)
- 2 Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day
Requirements
- Speak full fluency in Italian.
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ambitious.

Relocation Package (Internationals only)
- Private room.
- You will have a 2 or 3 week training session that will be paid as well.
