Cross Border Talents is recruiting for a 21Years_CH_IT in Lisbon, Portugal, for a front-line, customer-facing support role. You will manage inquiries across phone, chat, and email, keeping case details up to date and ensuring high-quality resolutions.

Successful candidates stay organized across multiple cases, have the right to work in Portugal without sponsorship, and are eligible to work in the EU. On-site work is required in Lisbon as part of a growing international team.

Qualificações

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role.
