Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative (Italian-speaking) for a fully remote role based in Portugal. You will be the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers of a leading POS system solutions provider, delivering high-quality support via phone, email, and chat.

You'll troubleshoot POS functionalities, assist with hardware setup, document interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex cases while meeting KPIs and SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (C1+) written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to POS system functionalities, hardware setup, troubleshooting, and account-related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Meet performance KPIs and SLA targets set by the client.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and process updates.
