The role requires strong experience in payroll, a senior position background, and fluency in English and Italian, with a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Experience in payroll, preferably in an international environment.
• Senior role experience is required.
• Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory).
• Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.
• Stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the payroll team for the Italian market.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in line with local legislation.
• Be the main point of contact for payroll queries and escalations.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure service delivery excellence.
• Support payroll process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Provide coaching and development to team members.
