Empresaconfidencial in Porto invites a Senior Payroll Specialist - Italian Speaker to lead payroll operations for the Italian market within a growing SSC. You will oversee accurate payroll processing, ensure compliance with local laws, and act as the main point of contact for payroll queries.

The role requires strong experience in payroll, a senior position background, and fluency in English and Italian, with a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll, preferably in an international environment.
• Senior role experience is required.
• Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory).
• Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.
• Stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
