Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal, is seeking an Italian Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. You will provide support in Italian and English, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

The role is on-site in Porto with relocation support including furnished shared accommodation for up to 12 months. The salary is €1000 gross per month, paid in 14 installments, plus a welcome bonus and attendance bonuses, plus a daily food allowance.

Role: Italian Customer Service Representative

Location: On-Site in Porto, Portugal

What our client offers:

• Salary: €1000 gross monthly x14 annual payments

• A welcome bonus: of 1200€ paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year of employment.

• Bonus: The attendance bonus is € 100 x 11 months

• Food Allowance: € 7.63 per working day

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (Days off: Saturday and Sunday)
