Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries via chat, email, or phone with first-contact resolution aim
• Own issues end-to-end including complex cases and disputes
• Support fraud investigations, chargebacks, and risk management
• Identify and assist vulnerable customers and escalate when needed
• Coach teammates and provide feedback to improve processes
• Adapt to changing business and customer needs
