Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries via chat, phone, or email to achieve first-contact resolution.
• Own customer issues end-to-end, including complex cases.
• Support fraud investigations, disputes, and handle complaints with care.
• Identify vulnerable customers and escalate when needed.
• Coach teammates and provide process feedback.
• Remain adaptable to changing business and customer needs.
