Cross Border Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert for the Italian market. You’ll be the first point of contact via phone, email, or chat, resolving inquiries quickly and effectively across a broad range of banking and financial issues.

You’ll own issues end-to-end, support fraud investigations, and help vulnerable customers while upholding company values. You will collaborate across teams, stay adaptable to changing needs, and use tools like Slack and GSuite.

• Fluent/Native level Italian with strong English communication.
• Demonstrated empathy and ability to deliver end-to-end customer experiences.
• Confident decision-maker for complex cases with independence and fairness.
• Values-driven, collaborative mindset with cross-team cooperation.
• Tech-savvy; quick to learn new tools and processes.

Responsabilités

• Resolve customer inquiries via chat, call, or email with first-contact resolution.
• Own customer issues end-to-end, including complex cases and disputes.
• Support fraud investigations, disputes, and chargebacks with attention to detail.
• Identify and assist vulnerable customers and escalate when necessary.
• Coach teammates and share feedback to improve training and processes.
• Adapt to changing business and customer needs.
