Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks an Operations Customer Expert for the Italian market. You will be the first contact via phone, email, or chat, resolving inquiries quickly and effectively across banking and financial issues.

You will own issues end-to-end, support fraud investigations, identify vulnerable customers, and collaborate across teams while adapting to changing needs. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian with strong English communication.
• Proven empathy with customers and ability to deliver end-to-end experiences.
• Confident decision-maker on complex cases, resilient and independent.
• Values-driven with cross-team collaboration and emotional intelligence.
• Proficient with Slack and G Suite and quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries via chat, email, or phone with first-contact resolution.
• Own customer issues end-to-end, including complex cases.
• Support fraud investigations, disputes, and chargebacks with fairness and care.
• Identify and assist vulnerable customers and escalate when needed.
• Coach teammates and provide feedback to improve processes and training.
• Remain adaptable to changing business and customer needs.
