Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a customer-oriented professional fluent in Italian and English to join our on-site support team. You will be the primary contact for customers, helping with inquiries and providing accurate information to ensure an exceptional service experience.

The role offers a full-time, on-site position in Lisbon with fixed Monday–Friday shifts, weekends off, and performance bonus opportunities in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Italian with strong English proficiency (B2+).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and a customer-first mindset.
• On-site work in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Rotational shifts from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Italian and English in a timely and professional manner.
