Cross Border Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert for the Italian market to be the first contact via phone, email, or chat. The role focuses on resolving a wide range of banking and financial inquiries with empathy and independence.

You will own issues end-to-end, support risk and fraud investigations, and assist vulnerable customers. The position includes relocation support and 40-hour work weeks at a Lisbon on-site location.

• Fluent/Native level in Italian; strong English communication.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional end-to-end customer experiences.
• Confident decision-maker with resilience and independence.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries via chat, phone, or email to first-contact resolution.
• Own customer issues end-to-end, including complex cases.
• Support fraud investigations, disputes, and chargebacks with care and accuracy.
• Identify and assist vulnerable customers and escalate when needed.
• Coach teammates and improve training and processes.
• Remain adaptable to changing business and customer needs.
