Cross Border Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to support the Italian market. You will be the first point of contact via phone, email or chat, resolving inquiries quickly while following processes or using independent judgment across banking and financial issues.

Based in Lisbon, you will handle end-to-end customer issues, support risk and fraud investigations, assist vulnerable customers, and collaborate with teammates to improve training and processes.
