CloserHire is hiring an Italian-speaking Operations Customer Expert in Lisbon to be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat. You will manage banking-related inquiries, take ownership of cases from start to finish, and support fraud investigations with a customer-first approach.

The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and empathy, with a full-time 40-hour workweek and comprehensive on-boarding and relocation support for eligible international candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat with banking-related inquiries.
• Resolve a wide range of banking and account questions with first-contact resolution where possible.
• Take ownership of cases from initial contact to resolution, including complex scenarios.
• Assist in fraud investigations and dispute resolution (e.g., chargebacks).
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward fair resolutions.
