Careerxtra is seeking an Amadeus Travel Manager (Italian) to support our Italian-speaking business travelers. The role is remote in Portugal or hybrid in Lisbon, with office options and full-time employment.

You will deliver personalized support, resolve travel and technical issues, stay current with industry knowledge, and collaborate with global teams to drive continuous improvement and strong client relationships.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Italian (C1+) and English (C1+) for client communication.
• GDS experience with Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
• Background in travel, tourism, or hospitality customer service.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Willing to work rotating schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized support to Italian-speaking business travelers.
• Resolve travel and technical issues promptly, from queries to emergencies.
• Stay updated on travel industry knowledge to deliver best-in-class service.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve products and processes.
• Build relationships and meet performance targets with clients.
