Boeva Tech in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist customers of a leading fashion retail brand. You will handle orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and exchanges while using Italian and English to communicate with a diverse international audience.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, base salary €1,200 gross per month plus a €150 gross monthly performance bonus, with weekends off in a clear, process-driven environment for growth in fashion

• Fluent in Italian (mandatory) and proficient in English.

Responsibilities
