I am looking for an Italian and English-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality customer support and ensure client satisfaction. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, supporting multiple markets, and providing assistance related to healthcare or technical products and services.

Requirements: Fluent Italian and C1-level English.

Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage customer inquiries, handle complaints, and work under pressure.

Healthcare, technical support, or medical device knowledge is an advantage.

Offer:€1,000 gross salary paid over 14 months

.€1,200 welcome bonus paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year.

Food allowance of €7.63 per working day.

On-site work in Porto, Portugal.

Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, covering 24/7 operations, with two rotating days off.Occasional night shifts between 22:00 and 07:00.
