About the position

Cross Border Talents is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our client in Porto, Portugal. This role involves providing support in Italian and English, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Additional information

• A welcome bonus of 1200€ for Italian speakers, paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year of employment.
• Food allowance of 7.63€ per working day.
• While the role operates on a 24/7 rotative shift schedule, night shifts (22:00 to 07:00) are typically covered occasionally due to a small night shift team. Candidates must be aware of and comfortable with this rotation.
• For candidates relocating from outside Portugal, shared accommodation is provided for up to 12 months (details discussed during the interview). Flight tickets are not included.
• Relocation support within Portugal is available only for specific language markets (German, Nordic languages, and Dutch).
