Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services using phone, email, chat, and other channels.

You will record interactions, collaborate with internal teams, stay updated on offerings through training, and contribute to a positive customer experience from start to resolution.

Qualificações

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the Travel field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Handle questions, complaints and concerns efficiently while remaining customer-focused.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products and services.
• Accurately record interactions, requests and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring concerns and provide feedback to improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with products, services, policies and procedures through training.
