Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting an Italian-speaking Creator Support Specialist to help Italian content creators thrive on digital platforms. The role is based in Lisbon with relocation covered, and you will support users via chat, email and calls while guiding them on tools and policies.

You will work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with remote or hybrid options, ongoing training, and a private health cover.

Qualifications

• Proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Experience in customer support or digital services is a plus.
• Attention to detail in multi-tasking environments.
• Excellent communication, empathy and customer focus.
• Interest in social media, content creation or technology.
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Italian language proficiency (C2).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Italian content creators via chat, email and calls.
• Guide creators on tools, guidelines and policies.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with other support specialists for a consistent creator experience.
• Monitor complex cases and ensure timely follow-up.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated.
