Ersilia is seeking an Italian-speaking Creator Support Specialist to assist content creators with platform questions and tool usage. The role offers flexible hours and potential remote or hybrid work, with initial training and ongoing support.

You will be the primary contact for Italian creators, helping resolve issues, explain policies, and share best practices to improve their experience and platform growth. A multicultural team environment awaits.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian (C2) required.
• Good command of English (B2+) preferred.
• Experience in customer support or digital services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to Italian content creators via chat, email, and calls.
• Assist creators in correct use of tools, guidelines, and policies.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with other support specialists to ensure high-quality experience.
• Monitor complex cases and ensure timely follow-up.
• Participate in ongoing training on products, policies, and best practices.
