The position is a 6-month contract with on-site work in Lisbon, operating on a rotational schedule. Candidates must be fluent in Italian (C2) and English (B2+), show excellent communication, and be able to learn new systems quickly.

Qualifications

• Native/Fluent Italian (C2) required.
• Fluent English (B2+) required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic technical troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to learn new systems and technologies.
• Reside within 50 km of Lisbon office, Portugal.
