CloserHire is seeking an Italian-speaking Content Moderator for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. You will review videos, posts and comments to ensure alignment with community guidelines and policies for a global audience.

This full-time position offers relocation support, accommodation, and flights to Lisbon. You will work in a fast-paced, international team, with training and career growth opportunities in an outsourcing/BPO project.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2) is required.
• Good command of English (B2) for internal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Professional handling of sensitive content is essential.
• Experience in content moderation or customer support is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review and moderate Italian-language content (videos, posts, comments).
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content.
• Apply consistent moderation decisions with professional judgment.
• Collaborate with team to resolve complex cases and share insights.
• Document actions and maintain records of moderation activities.
• Support process improvements and knowledge sharing within the moderation team.
