KultureTalent - Global Talent is seeking an Italian Back Office Agent in Lisbon to support legal-related customer interactions via email and chat.

You will handle cases with lawyers and NEB collaborators, ensuring accurate documentation, timely responses, and compliance with regulations. Italian fluency (C1) and strong English, plus excellent communication and attention to detail, are essential. This is a non-voice, desk-based role with growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian (C1 or higher) and advanced English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior customer support experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

• Handle email and chat communication with legal professionals.

• Resolve transport operator rights cases with lawyers.

What Youll Do:

• Dealing only with lawyers, legal officers, NEB ( National Enforcement Bodies).
• NEB - whose role is to verify if transport operators are treating all passengers in accordance with their rights. Passengers who believe their rights, under the regulation, have not been respected should contact the body in the country where the incident took place.
• Manage these situations with these agencies before going to court
• Non-voice project, only email & Chat

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in Italian (C1 level or above) and advance in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
