Tavrion Dynamics is seeking fluent Italian speakers for their Customer Care team in Lisbon. The role focuses on handling queries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience across channels. You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon.

This temporary role covers 12 months with full-time hours (40h/week) and rotating 8-hour shifts. Benefits include health insurance, relocation assistance, free Portuguese language classes, and potential contract renewal.

We're looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You'll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
