eXalt is seeking an IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology roles in Porto. You will work directly with our co-founder to establish the Porto office, shape its culture, and build a high-performing team from the ground up.

This leadership role offers significant autonomy and the chance to influence eXalt's growth trajectory across Portugal and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in talent acquisition within IT/Technology.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Achievement-focused mindset with results orientation.
• Resilient, authentic, and trustworthy professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Solid decision-making abilities when evaluating candidates.
• Experience with ATS platforms is a plus. French language knowledge is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology roles.
• Partner with the co-founder to align strategy with growth goals.
• Shape Porto office culture and scale the team from ground up.
• Build a Portugal tech talent network for eXalt.
• Lead executive-level recruitment efforts and inform talent strategy.
• Conduct effective interviews across phone, video, and in-person formats.
• Create compelling job descriptions and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and professional communications.
