Kodly in Porto, Portugal is looking for an IT Recruitment Specialist to define job specifications and manage the recruitment process. Candidates must have over 2 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

The role includes creating a candidate pool using head-hunting strategies and exploring new markets for talent acquisition. A competitive salary package and opportunities for participation in international projects are provided along with health insurance and flexible working options.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Proven experience in leading IT interviews.
• Good knowledge of the IT career market.
• Analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Define job specifications for required profiles.
• Create a pool of possible candidates using head-hunting strategies.
• Manage interviews and prepare evaluation reports.
• Develop tools for skills assessment and suggest new ones.
• Explore new markets to grow candidate pool.
• Work closely with HR Director on talent acquisition and branding strategy.
• Participate in people management activities.

Formação académica
