A KCS IT, sede em Lisboa, procura um IT Support Technician com 3-6 anos de experiência para atuar onsite em Lisboa. O candidato deve manter conhecimentos sólidos de Windows, macOS e Microsoft Office, resolver problemas de hardware/software e apoiar dispositivos móveis.

Oferecemos oportunidades de formação, projetos internacionais e ambientes híbridos/onsite, com possibilidade de trabalho remoto em alguns projetos e foco no bem-estar do colaborador.

Qualificações

• Experiência prévia em IT Support, Desktop Support, Helpdesk ou Service Desk.
• Conhecimento sólido de Windows, macOS e Microsoft Office.
• Experiência prática na resolução de problemas de hardware e software.
• Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de incidentes e ticketing.
• Experiência no suporte a dispositivos móveis.
• Boas habilidades de comunicação e foco no cliente.
• Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipa.
• Experiência no setor bancário/financeiro valorizada.
• Bom nível de inglês.

We are looking for an Amazing: IT Support Technician Seniority: Mid-level (3-6 years) Type of position: Onsite in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• Previous experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk;
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office;
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues;
• Experience with ticketing and incident management tools;
• Experience supporting mobile devices;
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Previous experience within the banking or financial sector will be highly valued;
• Good level of English.
