KCS IT in Lisbon is seeking a mid-level French-speaking Application Support specialist. You will provide first-line and second-line support for client applications, resolve incidents, and coordinate with IT and DevOps teams.

The role requires fluent French, good English, solid knowledge of Linux and Windows, experience with monitoring tools, and scripting skills. The position offers a hybrid work model in Lisbon and opportunities to work with diverse clients.

Qualificações

We are looking for an Amazing: French-Speaking Application Support

Seniority: Mid-level(4+ years)

Type of position:Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• Proven experience in Application Support or a similar role;
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems;
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
• Basic understanding of networking, APIs, and middleware;
• Good scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or Python);
• Experience working with ITSM tools and Agile/DevOps environments;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Fluency in French (mandatory);
• Good communication skills in English (mandatory).

To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you´ll have (plus):

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Zabbix, Splunk, or similar;
• Experience supporting critical production environments;
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines;
• Cloud certifications or Linux certifications.
